Replica takes its name from the world of Isaac Asimov — a universe where identity, creation, and the meaning of life are endlessly examined. It is not a coincidence. The brand was born from an artist who asks the same questions through fabric.
Founded in 2004, Replica was the brainchild of Greek graphic designer Kostas Vasiliagos, driven by his personal convictions: a commitment to organic cotton rooted in environmental awareness and the belief that what we wear should not cost the earth its future.

The craft
Every t-shirt is printed using silkscreen with water-based inks — a technique that produces an extraordinarily soft hand feel that does not crack, peel, or fade. A print that lasts as long as the fabric itself.

What we stand for
Since 2004, Replica t-shirts have been crafted from organic cotton. No toxic pesticides, no synthetic fertilizers — just cotton as it should be. A choice made for the soil, the farmer, and the person wearing it.
Every design is conceived and drawn by Kostas. No stock imagery, no outsourced graphics — each print is an original work of art that carries a point of view, a question, or a small rebellion.
From cotton to finished garment, everything happens in Greece. Supporting local production is not a marketing line — it is the only way we know how to guarantee quality and look our supply chain in the eye.
What we design about
Animals are a recurring presence in our designs — not as decoration, but as messengers. Their inclusion helps communicate deeper meaning: the bond between humans and the living world, and the beauty of what we risk losing.
Many designs carry a social or environmental message — questions about how we live, what we consume, and what kind of world we are building. Wearing a t-shirt can be a quiet act of solidarity.
Rock climbing, mountain biking, surfing, hiking — activities where the body meets the natural world directly. These themes celebrate the freedom and connection that comes from being outside.

We do not believe in disposable fashion. Every step of our process is chosen to produce a garment that ages well — in quality, in meaning, and in how it feels against your skin ten years from now.
Each print begins as a drawing by Kostas — conceptual, intentional, never accidental. The design process can take weeks before ink touches fabric.
For Replica, we use only GOTS-certified organic cotton. Grown without synthetic pesticides. Softer on skin. Kinder to the planet.
Water-based inks, applied by silkscreen. The result is a print that does not crack, does not peel, and does not feel like plastic — just colour that breathes with the fabric.
From cutting to finishing, every garment is produced in Greece. We know the people who make them. That matters to us.

Kostas is an artist, a designer, and the sole creative force behind both Replica and Yuki. Every t-shirt in the collection is his original work — conceived, drawn, and refined until it says exactly what he intends it to say. The brands grew from a personal need: to create apparel that respects the body wearing it, the hands making it, and the world it exists in.
